Platform Mechanics
Our platform brings together four key parties in the energy investment process — Investors, the Management Company, Investment Assets, and EPC Contractors. The system is designed so that an individual or company founder can invest in a real energy project — easily, securely, and with full support.
Investor
An Investor is an individual or business owner who wants to invest from €25,000 in solar energy projects, battery energy storage systems, or in the production and sale of electricity directly to consumers. They access the platform, browse available projects, choose a suitable option, sign the contract online, and make a payment via card or bank transfer.
EPC Contractors
Project implementation is carried out by national EPC Contractors selected by the Management Company. These are certified engineering firms responsible for design, installation, technical maintenance, and warranty support.
Investment Assets
These include solar power plants, energy hubs with battery storage systems, or enterprises — direct electricity consumers (factories, logistics centers, office buildings). The Management Company signs supply agreements with them at discounted electricity rates.
Management Company
The Management Company — Bureau of Investment Programs (BIP Group) — oversees the entire process: project selection and auditing, financial and legal expertise, negotiations with clients and EPC Contractors, accounting, and reporting to investors. The company also invests its own funds — up to 20–25% in each project, ensuring its vested interest in the outcome. For managing the investment, the company receives 15% of the investor’s net profit.
