BIP Group, together with selected EPC Contractors, builds and launches the asset. You receive updates in your personal account.
Receive Profit
After the plant is operational, track analytics online: generation, payments, income, and ROI forecast.
How to Choose the Ideal Investment Project
On the platform, you can select a project by type, investment size, profitability, or location. Each project provides transparent technical and financial documentation, photos, generation profile, and payback period.
You can compare multiple options to find the best balance between reliability, risk, and return — from small rooftop installations to large energy hubs.
Investor Dashboard
Your personal dashboard is the central hub for managing your investments. Here, you can view your portfolio, track payments, monitor energy generation charts, and access financial reports.
Everything works online: contract signing, payment management, communication with your manager, and reporting — all available in just a few clicks.

You invest in a real energy project
- On the platform, you choose a specific project — for example, the construction of a solar power plant or an energy storage system (battery).
- You invest your amount — starting from €25 000 and above — into a special LLC (limited company) created for this project.
- This company owns and operates the built energy facility.
We build and connect the power plant
- Our team and trusted partners handle the construction of the station near a real electricity consumer — such as: a hospital, a factory, a school, or a municipal water utility.
- Once the system is connected, it immediately begins to generate and sell electricity to that consumer.
Electricity is sold under a fixed contract
- We sign a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the consumer.
- This contract fixes the selling price — typically ₴6–8 per kWh, depending on market rates.
- The production cost is around ₴1–2 per kWh, including maintenance and depreciation.
- The difference between the selling price and production cost is your project’s profit.
You receive dividends every quarter
- Each quarter, the financial results of the project are calculated.
- By the 15th day of the following month, investors receive their share of the profits.
- The management company keeps 15% of net profit for project management — and the rest is distributed among investors proportionally.
Your investment is backed by a real asset
- You are not investing in a “paper” company — you are investing in a real solar station or battery system that produces and sells energy daily.
- The project is backed by physical equipment with lasting value.
